When I called Door Service someone answered! Then Branden came out the next day. Everyone was kind and professional, they are a family business that wants your business and it shows. Highly recommend them.

Quick and courteous, they replaced my worn out parts so fast. It was awesome!

We had a little "car meets garage door" mishap. We called Door Service and Brandon came right out the next day - to our amazement he had everything working like new in only 10 minutes! Excellent service as always - we keep their sticker right by our garage door opener and it's who we've always called whenever we need service.

Excellent service from the initial phone call to the repair itself! Brandon and his team provided top notch service! I had an emergency and Brandon was able to come out same day I called! I was stranded in my garage due to a busted spring and he fixed it for a responsible price within 45mins...then he even inspected the garage door and noticed the cable on the right side was frayed. He took the time show me then went to his truck and crafted a new cable and replaced it in 30mins! He is officially my garage door guy! Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with door service. Brandon came over on a Friday and let me know what was wrong with my door, he came back Monday morning and had it fixed. Everything was done in a timely manner and they have great costumer service. I definitely recommend this company

Called to have them come in install a door. They were able to do it within a few days. Actually picked up the new door for me. Also disposed of the old door. I'm pleased with the service so far. I wouldn't hesitate to give them another call for more service if needed. Reasonable price too.

I called first thing this morning, the young lady said that Brandon could be there by 12:30, I thought perfect I have a lot to do but I have to get this taken care of. Brandon came around 12:15, fixed the broken spring and replaced the other for under $300.00, he also fixed my outdoor key pad. I really enjoyed our conversation and the professional job that he completed. He was in and out in about an hour, great job.

When my garage door wouldn't open, I called Brandon. He said he could come between 1:00 p.m. and 3 p.m. I was home at 12:30 p.m., and he called and said he was available early. He and Christian came over, repaired the broken spring, and was done in 15 minutes. I am happy with the results and the friendly service.

Justin Nettle just installed my new opener and outside pad opener. Very courteous, polite, and explained everything thoroughly. Made sure I understood how everything worked. Would recommend for any garage door problem or installation. Thanks again.

Branden was the perfect guy for the job, he put a brand new beautiful door in my poor smashed frame and you can hardly tell it was ever smashed! He was quiet, efficient and the price was definitely right.

Called mid morning about an issue I was having with my door (I couldn't get my car outside of my garage). Brandon came out same day and had it fixed within 20 minutes. When I called he knew exactly that it was a bad cable on the door just from my description of how it was messed up on the track. Fair price. Would definitely call again if I had an issue.

Brandon did an excellent job replacing the springs on my garage door. We had a good conversation while he was working. He answered multiple questions that I had about my opener, checked how old it was, and gave advice that made good sense. I will be following his advice, and will probably not need his services again for some time.

I explained the issue to Brandon on the phone. He provided me an estimate for the work to be done and came out to complete it the next day. I appreciated Brandon fixing my door on a very cold, Saturday morning. He did excellent work and did not overcharge. I would highly recommend Door Service if you have an issue.

I Googled "garage door repair Lansing Michigan" read the review for this company - and chose him. I called him late Sunday night and he answered! and was over Monday to fix the door. It opens soooo smooth now! I would definitely recommend them. Great customer service. He took the time to show me what the problem was, fixed it and and also a couple of other things. He's a quick, hard worker and knows what he's doing that's for sure.

Called door service because I had a torsion spring break on garage, Brandon showed up and fixed it within 30 min. The price was very reasonable well worth it . Brandon was very professional and very knowledgeable , I will call them again in the future if I have a problem with garage door.

Called at 2:00pm on a Friday when my garage decided it didn't want to open or close all the way. Brandon so helpfully offered to talk me through troubleshooting on the phone in attempts to avoid having to send someone out/charge me money. After a few minutes, sure enough, we figured out the culprit and saved us all time/money/hassle. Excellent customer service. Will absolutely use them in the future.

Garage door stuck, with one of the cables off and tangled. Called Door Service on a Saturday morning, they came out that same day! Who does that anymore?! Outstanding service. All my questions answered and the fee charged was more than reasonable.

Steve Wells was a fantastic Service Man. He was so efficient, knowledgeable and had great suggestions. He made us feel confidant about our door getting replaced asap. He also went over all of the options and made sure we understood it all. I highly recommend Steve Wells and thank him for giving us such great customer service. 5 star plus!
